NO wonder Shelley wants to leave Weatherfield.
THE sight of Tracy Barlow lunging over a bar towards you would surely be too much for anybody to take (Coronation Street). The drama unfolded as Shelley and Steve became convinced that baby Amy was 'home alone', an escapade that ended with the pair practising a bit of breaking and entering. You can't blame Tracy for being a little miffed, but Shelley had a fair point when she accused her of being a bad mother. This is the woman who almost sold her small child, then had no qualms about leaving her behind to move in with her boyfriend (though I have to say, I understand the latter completely - I'd leave a small child behind to move in with Charlie any day). Over in EastEnders, there was overkill on Stacey and Bradley's sexual relationship. Far more entertaining was the young ginger's long lost dad popping up to say hello. I actually felt quite choked for Max as he tried to make amends (which is odd - sympathy for a character who has only been in the show for 10 minutes) - but you'd have thought he'd have brought Bradley a new present instead of something he wrapped up 13 years ago. Hypocrite of the week is, without a doubt, Ruby Allen, who, once she'd finished moaning about her dad's house being let out, then moaned about Stacey and Bradley's relationship. Er, remember Juley, Ruby? I really hope there's not going to be a romance brewing between Ruby and Jake. There's something not quite right there and he is far too old for her. Hollyoaks' Clare is turning out to be more of a panto villain as the days go by, namely the evil stepmother. She's even managed to get Max to sell Drive and Buy - Mr C would be turning in his grave! I can't wait for the day that Tom and OB succeed in exposing her for the witch that she is. Don't underestimate the power of the small child Clare... Meanwhile, Sean was beaten up by his old mate Warren - I think Louise is about to learn that a leopard never changes his spots... Finally, I can't stomach Sky Mangel discussing her feelings with 'JP' (Neighbours). What a load of bobbins - it's got nothing to do with creativity - they just fancy each other, full stop.
